Privacy notice

Eden Field Notes is a newsletter and journal published by the Eden Project. This notice explains, in plain language, what happens when you subscribe.

The newsletter (MailerLite)

The subscribe form on the homepage and on each field note is provided by MailerLite, our email provider. When you subscribe, the email address you enter is sent to and stored by MailerLite, not by us directly.

Double opt-in

After you submit the form, MailerLite sends a confirmation email. You must click the link in that email before you're added to the list. If you never confirm, you won't be subscribed.

What you receive and how to stop

Subscribers receive new field notes by email. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list; MailerLite handles the removal on their side.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your email address.
• We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site beyond what MailerLite needs to deliver the newsletter.
• We don't store contact-form submissions — there is no contact form. Any email you send us is kept only as needed to reply.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To ask about your data, email us using the address on the About page.
